Float 1 metal print by Angelina Tamez. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum.
The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

This piece is part of a four part series, that I expanded by creating vertical and horizontal orientations. They would work well in a grouping. Serene...they have a 3D feeling to them. This is my abstract idea of the word float. There are more than 30 pieces total. Enjoy.
Before I started making abstract art...I didn't get it. I thought that abstract work required little thought, not very much investment...small amount of work. Now, I continually make abstract work, and I know better. It requires a lot of thought...I need a lot of time to develop the concept in my mind. I invest so much of myself...because what I am about to show doesn't exist yet. It's not like picking an object and deciding how I want to show it. It's materializing something right out of my mind. A magic trick.
